Ms. Cheryl Topp is one of DiBella Law Offices, P.C.’s most skilled paralegals, bringing years of office management to our team. After graduating from the University of Florida with a B.A. in Speech Therapy, Cheryl was awarded her Paralegal Certificate from Northern Essex Community College and began her paralegal career with another Massachusetts based law firm. Experienced in facilitating settlements between insurance companies, drafting pleadings, discovery requests, and responses, Cheryl couples that experience with more than two decades of office management and dealing with insurance companies day in and day out.

A Notary Public for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Cheryl has extensive experience filing court documents, assisting with deposition analysis reports for case analysis and trial preparation, and possesses a myriad of other skills that make her an invaluable member of our legal team.
