Um, I think they handled the case wonderfully. The only thing that stood out to me was they were very easy to communicate to—um, with email, phone calls, the office was always welcoming and answered any questions that I had.

You would get correspondence from different places that I had no idea who they were—um, lawyers for the plaintiff or the person that hit me, something like that—and I would have no idea what to do with them. It was always great that I could just send a copy of it, and it was very easily taken care of by the attorney’s office.

Anytime that I asked a question, it was answered. The responsiveness—and they kept me in the loop on pretty much everything. There was never a time that I didn’t know what was going on, which was important for me.

I would say that you’re able to talk to people, that you’re able to get in touch with somebody. You don’t get lost, no matter—in my case—how long it took to get things finished, or if it’s a quick one. You’re in the loop the whole time.

So I would absolutely recommend you guys to other people. Actually, I already have started recommending you guys to other people.
