My name is Allen K. I had had a car accident. The guy that was in the accident admitted that it was his fault.

And then the police came and he says, “is there anyone hurt?” And I say, “right now I feel fine as far it goes.”

I got back to the house and I just lied down. Then that evening, I say, “wow, I can’t even move my neck. I can’t move my arm.” So, I went to the ER.

This went for about eight months, nine months. I went back and forth to physical therapy. Physical therapy really wasn’t helping me out. And, after about a year and three quarters, I had a mini stroke. I lost my left side, no movement of my left arm. My left arm never came back.

I did not want to go after money as far as it goes before, but I was forced to by the other insurance company. I had to get a lawyer.
