High-Speed Collision Causes TBI, Lacerations, and Whiplash
How It Happened
Our client was driving North on Route 93 in Londonderry, NH, when he had to slow down due to a nearby accident.
The driver behind him was traveling at a high rate of speed and did not brake, resulting in a rear-end
collision. Our client’s head struck the ceiling and steering wheel, which led to cuts and burns when the airbag
deployed.
Injuries sustained from the accident
The victim’s vehicle was totaled in the accident, and he was diagnosed with a concussion and whiplash, which led
to neck and head pain. Doctors treated the cuts above his eye with sutures.
