Meet Our Office Manager & Lead Paralegal: Christina (Tina) Dufresne

My name is Tina Dufresne. I am the office manager/paralegal. In the legal field, I’ve been in the business for over 25 years. I came here eight years ago.

I always knew watching shows, law shows, growing up, I really liked them a lot, and they intrigued me. So, I think that that mostly is why I wanted to get in the law field.

My whole motto this past year has been getting this firm better. Chris has asked me to help him run the firm. I never imagined myself in this position. And, when he came to me and asked me if I would help manage, I was honored that he asked me that.

We take pride in making sure everyone is listened to, making sure that they don’t have to worry about the paperwork and the bills and all of that while they’re working on their recovery.

We have staff here that are very empathetic and genuinely do care about the clients that do come to us. So, I think we do care about our clients. They’re not just a file that’s in our filing cabinet. They are family to us and we’re gonna make sure that we see their case from beginning to end, as best we can.
