1. Eligibility

This giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of DiBella Law Injury and Accident Attorneys, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

2. Sponsor

This contest is sponsored by DiBella Law, located at 659 Massachusetts Avenue, Boston, MA 02118.

3. Agreement to Rules

By participating, entrants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and represent and warrant that they meet the eligibility requirements. Entrants also agree to accept the decisions of DiBella Law as final and binding in all matters related to this giveaway.

4. Contest Period

Entries will be accepted starting on April 30th and ending at 11:59 PM EST on June 25th. All entries must be received by the deadline to be eligible.

5. How to Enter

To enter, participants must submit a valid email address via the designated online entry form. Only one entry per person will be accepted. Duplicate entries will result in disqualification.

6. Prize

One winner will receive two (2) tickets to the Boston Red Sox vs. Cincinnati Reds game at Fenway Park on June 30, 2025. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $250. The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash or other alternatives. Winner is responsible for any taxes or expenses not specifically mentioned as part of the prize.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries and notified via the email address submitted. If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within 48 hours, or is otherwise disqualified, an alternate winner may be selected at DiBella Law’s discretion.

8. Terms & Conditions

DiBella Law reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway at any time due to fraud, technical issues, or other causes beyond its control. DiBella Law also reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these Official Rules or tampers with the entry process.

9. Limitation of Liability

By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless DiBella Law, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, loss, or damage arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
