I’m Michael Torchetti. I found Chris—what happened was, I was in an accident, and it happened in New Hampshire. I was looking for a lawyer. I had just moved up here from Malden, Mass., so I didn’t really know anybody. I tried a couple of lawyers, and nobody would help me, to be honest. Yeah, nobody would tell me anything.
Finally, I got to Chris—he was probably the third one I tried—and he says, “Yeah, I’ll help you out.” He said, “Come on down.” Very helpful. I was like, wow, this guy was really nice—not just a lawyer, he was really nice. So I said, yeah, okay, and he helped me out.
Yeah, it happened in Walmart in Salem, New Hampshire, and the woman actually backed into me. It was strange—not from the back, but from the front. She backed in and hit me. I wasn’t parked, but we were in Walmart, and I was… she was trying to back up, I don’t know what she was doing, but she wound up hitting the front of my car, which gave me a bit of a jolt. That’s how I got the whiplash from the accident.
It was probably a couple of days after the accident, and my car was kind of banged up, and I wasn’t feeling so great. At first, when it happens, you just think like, “Oh, is everything okay? Is the car alright?” And then a couple of days later, I was like, okay, my neck doesn’t feel so good, my back hurts, my neck hurts—I said, I gotta contact a lawyer.
He was very professional—that was the first thing I liked. He was very professional and helped me every step of the way. He said, “This is the physical therapy place you can go to.” He wasn’t just like… you know, he cared. He’s not just there to be there. He’s there to help. So if you want somebody to help, Chris is the best guy.
Oh yeah, I was hurt. I was very happy with the outcome and everything. He took care of everything, and I didn’t even have to worry about anything—it was just perfect. I told my sister about him, and my family and friends. I don’t think anybody’s actually used him yet, but I said, hey, if you need a good lawyer, Chris is great. So yeah—awesome, easy, right?
