Van Driver Cited for Auburn Collision on Route 101 That Hospitalized Timothy Lake, 47, of Lancaster, Pennsylvania
AUBURN, NEW HAMPSHIRE (August 2, 2026) – A truck driver identified as Timothy Lake was injured in an Auburn car accident along Route 101 not far from mile marker 62.4.
Rockingham County officials are saying that the incident took place around 3:35 p.m. on Wednesday, July 29. A 2022 Ford T-350 van entered the right lane on Route 101 when it was in a collision with a semi-truck driven by Timothy Lake.
The force of the collision caused both of the vehicles to veer off the side of the highway and into the woods. Law enforcement and paramedics were called to the scene of the crash to help the injured victim.
Authorities cited the driver of the van for traveling too fast for the prevailing conditions. Timothy Lake was transported to a local hospital to receive treatment.
A full investigation into the collision remains ongoing.
