Motor Vehicle Accident – Motorcycle Driver Hit By Another Vehicle Causing Surgery and Physical Therapy
The plaintiff was driving his motorcycle when the defendant pulled out of her driveway without looking and hit
the plaintiff. He was thrown over the front of the vehicle and slid across the road. He was brought to the
hospital, and his left knee was placed in an immobilizer.
As a result of the accident, the plaintiff suffered an ACL injury and a PCL tear which required surgery to
repair. The plaintiff had to undergo extensive physical therapy to repair his knee and help him get back to good
physical condition. The injury caused great stress and anxiety, and the plaintiff’s mental health suffered
greatly while he was rehabilitating his knee.
