Driver Was T-Boned by Another Driver Who Ran a Red Light
The plaintiff was driving through an intersection in Lawrence when they were stuck on the driver’s side of the
vehicle by another car that had gone through the red light. The plaintiff suffered multiple fractures and
dislocated his elbow from the impact. He began to lose feeling in his fingers as well as some severe swelling
around his elbow.
As a result of the accident, the plaintiff had to undergo surgery as there were too many bone fragments displaced
in his elbow. The plaintiff also had to undergo physical therapy after the surgery to repair the damage to the
elbow and his fingers. He was placed in a splint after his surgery, and even after physical therapy, he still
suffered from pain in his left arm.
