Emerson Imul-Molina, 30, Died in Lynn Bicycle Accident With Honda Ridgeline Pickup Truck by Broad Street and Silsbee Street
LYNN, MASSACHUSETTS (September 3, 2026) – A 30-year-old bicyclist identified as Emerson Imul-Molina has tragically died in a Lynn truck accident by the intersection of Broad Street and Silsbee Street.
Essex County officials are saying that the collision occurred around 9:30 PM on Monday. Emerson Imul-Molina was crossing the intersection when he was struck by a Honda Ridgeline pickup truck.
Paramedics were called to the scene of the collision to help the victim. First responders noticed that he was down in the street by the side of the truck.
Emerson Imul-Molina was transported to Salem Hospital in critical condition. Sadly, he was pronounced deceased at the hospital.
The police have not indicated whether the driver of the pickup truck will face any citations or charges as a result of the crash.
The MassDOT’s IMPACT crash database has revealed that there were an estimated 92 collisions within a short radius of the intersection where this crash took place.
