Jason Marshall, 31, of Taunton Died in Raynham Motorcycle Accident Involving Pickup Truck by Route 138 and Elm Street
RAYNHAM, MASSACHUSETTS (August 12, 2026) – A 31-year-old motorcyclist identified as Jason Marshall has tragically died in a Raynham truck accident by Route 138 and Elm Street.
Bristol County officials are saying that the accident took place around 7:50 p.m. on August 11, 2026. Jason Marshall was riding a motorcycle when he was involved in a collision with a 2015 Chevy Silverado pickup truck.
Paramedics were called to the scene of the collision to help the victim. They encountered debris scattered throughout the intersection and the motorcyclist on the ground with significant injuries.
Jason Marshall was transported to a local hospital to receive treatment. The driver of the Silverado remained at the scene and cooperated with police.

Liability for Raynham Truck Accidents

- Traffic Calming: City planners should consider installing traffic calming measures along any stretch of road or intersection that has a history of speeding.
