Be honest with us about the accident, your injuries, your medical history, everything. We can deal with almost any problem, but we can’t fix surprises. If you’ve had prior injuries or accidents, tell us. We’ll figure out how to handle it. Also, keep everything: receipts, medical bills, photos, wage statements. Don’t post about your case on social media, and follow your doctor’s orders. That’s pretty much it.
