Are There Any Hidden Costs?

Let me be totally transparent here. While you don’t pay attorney’s fees unless we win, there are case expenses, things like filing fees, obtaining medical records, hiring experts if we need them. Most firms, including ours, front these costs for you. If we win, those costs come out of your settlement. If we lose, different firms handle this differently, but we don’t charge you anything. We’ll put all of this in writing, so there are no surprises.
