One memorable motorcycle accident claim that I’ve handled throughout my years is when a client was riding his Harley on Route 495 in Massachusetts. A motor vehicle crossed across lanes directly into him.
The driver claimed our client was speeding, came out of nowhere. Our client was thrown from his motorcycle, skidded on the pavement for over 20ft, suffered catastrophic injuries.
It was very difficult to find witnesses who were able to corroborate our side of the story. The insurance company initially denied their claim entirely. After gathering the proper evidence and speaking to witnesses, we were able to change the narrative and shift the blame where it belonged, and that was on the defendant.
